It initially offered men’s ready-to-wear and quickly stirred controversy by creating a jacket that was out of the ordinary. Shortly after, Armani tackled women's fashion. They quickly became a big name in the fashion world. With its success, the Armani Jeans range was launched in 1981. This line offered more chic sportswear, combining modernity and a wide variety of colours.
