Collection Maison Kitsune

Music label, fashion house, hotel (opening soon in Bali), homeware brand, coffee shops, and soon cosmetics… it's definitely hard to put a label on this exciting, polymorphic brand, led by creative duo Franco-Japanese duo Gildas Loaëc and Masaya Kuroki. The first is a former DJ and music producer who worked with Daft Punk for over ten years, while the second is an obsessive Michael Jordan fan who, as a teenager, dreamed of reaching the NBA and now, through an unprecedented collaboration with the NBA, has dressed none other than LeBron James. Impressive!

For the talented pair - who have worked together for more than fifteen years - “the Maison Kitsuné woman” can never do too much. She is full of character, with a slightly carefree attitude and an understated but undeniable charm. She also has good taste and a great sense of humour. So, us, basically.

And since we're always keen to give credit where it's due, it's worth noting that like this brand that so perfectly transforms timeless staples into must-have seasonal accessories, Gildas Loaëc and Mayasa Kuroki attract brand loyalists and new customers who all have a flair for fashion, a sense of off-beat humour, and a rare awareness of taste. Did you know that Kitsuné means "fox" in Japanese?
