For the Fall/Winter 2018 season, Hélène Zubeldia presented a simple line. Once again, the designer succumbed to her love for Swarovski crystals, which she adds to bangles, necklaces and ultra-shiny earrings. For thinner jewels to wear daily, she also uses rhodium. Day or night, discreet or extrovert, Hélène Zubeldia designed pieces for all the women this season.
In 1997, Hélène Zubeldia launched her eponymous brand. At the time, the designer (who worked in the largest fashion houses in Paris), created jewelry dresses, hybrid designs where accessories closely met ready-to-wear to become one. Her creations were a success, but seven years later, in 2004, the designer decided to work on jewelry only. A new aesthetic mixing Swarovski crystals, glass, pearls and leather was born.
Hélène Zubeldia started at Chloé after graduating from Studio Berçot. She then joined the Maison Lanvin Prêt-à-Porter studio, before collaborating in the foundation of another renowned French label: Vanessa Bruno. In 1997, Hélène Zubeldia launched her first jewelry dress collection under her eponymous brand. From 2004, the jewelry designer decided to focus exclusively on accessories.
