The Mira mules launched last year are well on their way to becoming our favourite shoes. The reasonable heel and pointed toe that lengthens the leg, and the gorgeous shape make these shoes a piece to wear with both trousers and skirts. Not to be missed.

Collection Stuart Weitzman

With a father and brother owning a shoe brand, Stuart Weitzman was somewhat predestined to become a shoe-maker. However, he started working in finance before taking over the family business with his brother after the death of his father in 1963. And he did not launch his eponymous brand until 1986. From then on, everything evolved very quickly. He rapidly became famous for his elegant and comfortable designs along with his outstanding business acumen (he can sell shoes for an affordable price by mastering communication with red carpet celebrities and owning his own factory). Like luxurious handbags, Stuart Weitzman shoe designs are renowned and called by their names. From the Nudist sandal to the Lowland over-the-knee boots, they are all easy to recognize. In 2015, Coach bought Stuart Weitzman, two years before the eponymous shoe designer retired.

Named Creative Director of the luxury footwear brand Stuart Weitzman in 2016 (who took the position in May 2017), Giovanni Morelli is anything but a beginner. He has twenty-five years of experience working for Prada, Burberry, Marc Jacobs, Chloe and, more recently, Loewe where he was in charge of accessories.
