Little Liffner In 2012, Paulina Liffner von Sydow founded her own handbag label, Little Liffner. Having noticed a gap in the market for reasonably priced designer pieces, Liffner, a press attaché, created a sleek, sophisticated line with a slightly retro feel and a mid-market positioning. Casting logos aside, the designer set her sights on quality accessories (made in Italy) that are suitable for day-to-day life and that everyone can use and enjoy. Models like the Mademoiselle, the Madame and the Little Lady are already firmly anchored in popular culture.
Paulina Liffner von Sydow wasn’t always fashion designer material. Born in Sweden, the future designer started her studies in business and art history before a first foray into fashion with a summer job as a fashion editorial assistant. After a stint at ELLE Sweden, Paulina Liffner von Sydow found a job in press relations at the agency Patriksson Communication, where she went on to work for seven years. In 2012, she founded the Little Liffner accessories brand, which earned her the 2015 Accessories Designer of the Year Award, presented by ELLE Sweden magazine.
